Cropped Shrug Walk!

I walk the city wearing my very obvious cropped shrug, I stir up a lot of fun reactions! In this video I had a few come up to talk to me and I end up talking to a vendor because I needed water lol. I had such a blast in New York and I hope you enjoy my adventure!
