Happy Sunday! I had a craving for Strawberry Bread again so I thought why don’t I make a video so you can bake along with me! Its been pretty hot lately so I tend to be pretty skimpy around the house so that was the other half of my inspiration. It was fun to make some casual nudity/baking content.
FOR THE BREAD:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil (I used vegetable oil but coconut would of been better)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of freeze dried strawberry powder (I didn’t measure it out lol this is an estimate)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups diced strawberries (I also used one banana)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
FOR THE GLAZE:
1 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons of freeze dried strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk
